To handle yourself and other persons in a compassionate, friendly way that is what mindfulness teaches you. Your thoughts, feelings and emotions come and go and often take you for a ride. Your head is full with things, you experience fierce emotions, you're finding no peace of mind and that is what you would like to deal with.

Becoming aware on things that are happening inside you

Stop with what you are doing, stand still and see, listen, taste and experience what a certain sensation is doing with you...... We are often quite not used to doing so. We go on and on and on in our lifes rollercoaster. In this mindfulness training you'll practice several exercises and receive information to calm down your head with all its mental processes. You will get more insight on what is happening inside your mind will learn to observe and letting your thoughts, feelings and emotions just be.

Meditation 

  • Literally meditation means to ponder. You sit and bring your attention to a certain question, sound, thought our your breathing.
  • Through the practice of meditation, you can seek to find a better connection with our body in the everyday moments that we often let pass us by, and create stronger awareness for how our emotions influence our behavior

Take care of your Mind

  • You take care of your body by sports, and eating healthy. You nourish your brain by taking classes and growing your knowledge. But how do you take care of your mind? How do you deal with your thoughts, feelings, silence, boredom, ignorance, sadness or joy?

The training

  • In our 4 weekly training sessions yopu will learn how to take care of your mind. We will provide you insights how your mind is working and you will receive practical exercises to work towards a Happy Mind.
  • A Happy Mind to us isn't one without any problems. It is a mind in which you can let be all your thoughts and feelings just as they are; being at ease also with any discomfort.
